Privacy notice

What we process

We process your business contact details, portal access and email-delivery events, session and security metadata, requests, comments, approvals, and other actions you choose to submit.

Why

We use this information to deliver contracted agency services, secure client access, keep an accountable project record, prevent abuse, and meet legal or operational obligations.

Who can see it

Access is limited to authorised GROW personnel, the relevant client account, and service providers needed to operate the portal, email, infrastructure, and approved file or payment links. Internal notes, margins, and staff-only work are not published to the client portal.

Retention and security

Records are retained according to the client agreement, operational needs, and legal requirements. Controls include one-time links, revocable sessions, encryption, access boundaries, rate limiting, audit logs, and private-by-default publication.

Your choices

You may ask your Account Manager to correct your contact details or revoke portal access. Subject to applicable law, you may also request access, correction, restriction, objection, or deletion.
