Portal terms of use

Purpose

This private portal lets an authorised client contact view content deliberately published by GROW Agency, submit requests, comment on review material, and make recorded creative decisions.

Authorised use

Use access only for the client organisation shown in the portal. Do not forward one-time links, share an activated browser session, attempt to reach another client’s data, or upload unlawful or malicious content.

Decisions and instructions

When you approve work, request changes, or submit a request, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the named client. These actions are time-stamped and attributed to your portal account.

Files and third parties

Published links may open approved third-party services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or a hosted payment page. Their own terms and security controls also apply.

Availability and records

GROW may suspend access for security, maintenance, contract, or offboarding reasons. Portal records support project delivery and do not replace the signed client agreement, invoice, or statutory record.
